To include a geometry use the sample applet
on the left and specify the model name as parameter:

The project panel (key F1, Inspector->Project) allows browsing of
further models. |
Browse built-in Models
In the following applet the suffix of the model name shows the number of
faces of the model and indicates the model size. Large models have larger
download times and require better graphics.
