Molecule Viewer of JavaView

JavaView now displays XYZ molecule files, and here is a collection of precomputed XYZ molecule files. Some molecules are animations and marked with a '_movie' suffix.

How to display your own collection of geometry files?

Look at the HTML source code of this webpage and study the applet tag. Instead of XYZ files you can provide any geometry file which JavaView supports. For example, JVX, OBJ, STL, OFF, MPL, MGS, ...

Note, JVX files may be equipped with an author tag. The author information would be displayed in the control panel. A description tag with information about the shown model may also be added to a JVX file and then displayed here when the model is shown.
